Trading terms

Delivery

We will deliver your order on a pallet or in cartons via our transport company. All deliveries that are made will require a signature. Upon signature of your order, this is proof that the goods were received successfully and in pristine condition. Any damages or shortages must be signed for on the delivery document in order to qualify for a credit. Please contact us immediately should your order incur any damages along with images of the damaged products. 

Please note that we don't use refrigerated transport so please bear this in mind during warmer conditions. 

We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed delivery if the address you give us is incorrect, incomplete or unclear address information. Once your order leaves us we're unable to change address information or redirect orders without incurring charges which you will need to cover. Deliveries are made on working days only (Mon-Fri) and at any time during working hours (8am - 5pm).

Availability/Out of Stock Items

In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement, if you do not want this product, your quantity discount on your original requirements will be honoured

Current Pricing and Discount Policy

All prices are shown below the relevant products on the website, and are based on our minimum order requirement . As a wholesale website, all prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be added at the end of your order, with quantity discounts as follows:- 

Quantity Discounts

Spend between £95 (minimum spend) and £200 and earn 30% margin
Spend between £200 + and make 33% margin
Spend £300 + and make 40% margin (half retail + VAT)
Figures exclude VAT.

Nut, Allergies & Ingredients

The products on this website are produced in facilities where nuts are present. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the products will be nut free. All products will be supplied with ingredients from the original manufacturers packaging. Ingredients/Allergens are taken from the manufacturers technical specifications, we cannot be held responsible for this content. 

Payments

Credit Cards & Debit Cards - We accept Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron and MasterCard payments via Streamline. 

BACS/CHAPS - Customers wishing to pay via BACS/CHAPS can choose this option when ordering. Orders will be despatched once cleared payment is received.

Privacy Policy

Confex Confectionery Limited will not store customer's Credit or Debit card details or any financial information on the website. All payments are encrypted or processed externally via Streamline's secure transaction process. The website does not set cookies.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and issue a new version on our website. The new version will take effect immediately.

Cancellation

Cancellation of standard stock items must be made prior to despatch of the goods otherwise you will be liable for delivery costs for the original despatch and the return of the unwanted goods. Cancellation of bespoke products will not be refundable once production has commenced.
